Patient was unhappy with her smile due to discoloration from tetracycline staining, missing lower front teeth, and worn appearance. She also had trouble chewing due to the missing teeth and unevenness in her bite. Patient wanted our Hollywood white shade. We completed crowns on the top and a bridge on the bottom using the Hollywood white shade.

Patient’s tooth was knocked out during a soccer match. His root was cracked and damage so that the tooth was no longer fixable. We removed the remaining tooth root and place a dental implant in the root space. An implant crown was connected to the implant to restore his smile.

This patient wanted same day composite veneers for the two teeth next to his center two on top. He did not like how small those two teeth were. He also requested we make the veneers two shades whiter than his adjacent teeth since he was going to do some bleaching. This procedure was completed painlessly without any local anesthestic needed and did not require any reshaping or modification of the tooth.
